Vodka and Watermelon Mint Fizz

Fresh blended watermelon, vodka and mint topped with sparkling water.

Method

Blend the watermelon until smooth. Strain it if you want a clearer drink.
Lightly bruise the mint in a glass and fill with ice.
Add the vodka and watermelon, top with sparkling water and stir gently.
